The Himalayan Salt Plate is a healthy and flavourful way to cook and an elegant way to serve.

The pink salt is hand chipped from the oldest salt mine in the world, which goes back 2300 years to Alexander the Great. The pink salt is pure and unprocessed and mined in the Himalayan mountains from an ancient sea bed.  The same 84 minerals that are in the pink salt are in our bodies and allow us to fully metabolise the salt in a way we can’t with processed white salt.
